CEO and Vice President of Sales

Jeff Piersall is a proven leader in all endeavors of his life having positively affected thousands of people throughout his career. A former award-winning high school and college basketball coach, Jeff’s entrepreneurial pursuits resulted in building a million dollar sales territory faster then anyone in company history and leading an organization of over 7,000 independent sales representatives. Corporately, he has served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Vulcan Binder; Vice-President of International Sales for Reliv International; Vice President of Sales for The Limu Company; and CEO/President of Legacy for Life.

Additionally, Jeff has provided consulting services to numerous start-ups, as well as private and publicly held companies, and is acknowledged as an in-demand speaker. He possesses the unique ability to quickly summarize current conditions with a vision for the future and then communicating – using motivational techniques tied to intellectual education – to his audience with skills and tools that will make them better in multiple situations of their life.

Jeff and his wife, Judy, live in Melbourne, Florida and have three children. He serves as a board member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida, Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, and the American Heart Association.

Josh Field is a seasoned and accomplished marketer and communicator who has created memorable and successful advertising campaigns, new products, and promotions as an executive manager for companies including Ralston Purina, Coca-Cola and Mary Kay Cosmetics. His experience spans almost three decades beginning as an award-winning advertising copywriter. After receiving his MBA from Northwestern University’s prestigious J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Mr. Field managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets and introduced such well-known products as Purina® Beggin’ Strips® and Ralston® Chex Mix®. He received consumer product industry awards for innovation in promotion and helped direct Mary Kay into new product categories and technologies.

Josh serves on the boards of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (member, Executive Committee; chair, Community of Distinction committee), LEAD Brevard (member, Executive Committee), Founders Forum (Board Chairman, 2007-2009), Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Brevard Cultural Alliance. He is also a graduate of Leadership Brevard and serves on the Board of Overseers at Florida Institute of Technology’s Nathan M. Bisk College of Business.

Josh and his wife, Jamie, reside in Melbourne and have two sons.
